Shipping policy

We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please note the following processing times:

  • Non-customized items: Processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Personalized items: Processed within 4-6 business days.
    Please be aware that during the holiday season, processing times may be longer.
  • Bulk orders: Processing times will vary and will be discussed during the ordering process.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We use Canada Post for all shipping within Canada. Once processed, Express Shipping takes 1-2 business days, and standard shipping typically takes 3-9 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order, as well as the destination, and is calculated at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is delayed or lost during transit, please contact us at hello@fadedbarncustoms.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
